Hello, It's Zoi, I am been working in the User Experience Field for 4 years, and recently I am a Senior Product Designer in the medical field. I graduated from the NTUST with a master's degree in usability test research by quantifying.
When I was working on the product features, first I always thought the users about what experience objectives needed to reach in the project, and also pay attention to user feedback from all types of User research, also in accordance with the objectives of the business, to generate the final design solutions and strategy.
In the development process, I think cross-departmental opinions and considerations are essential and related to the project's success for users, so everyone needs to agree on functional assumptions and observed the user's behavior to optimize the features.

My Contribution：​

  • Revised the VeryBuy mweb and successfully launched with great performance level. (Using five-level net worth scoring algorithm)

  • Tracking the effectiveness of the revised mweb through data tools, both the AVG Duration and ATC per capita have increased, and the CVR has also increased. 

  • Regular user questionnaire surveys to understand the user’s satisfaction with the experience dimension.

  • Using data tracking tools to iterate product functions.
